My client are a top tier executive search firm who are looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join theirPrivate Equity practice. As a Analyst you will learn to run and fully execute the delivery of searches. Senior Analysts have responsibilities which include market mapping, identifying and validating relevant candidates. They will be able to communicate effectively with the Partners as well as represent clients and the brand excellently. The Partners have big characters and the hiremust have the gravitas to push back when necessary and support their arguments. They will be able to use their experience and interpersonal skills to be able to enhance the efficiency of a search's' execution. This hire will work very closely with consultant allowing them to build a brand, the successful hire will attend client meetings and will sit in on client calls.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months' experience within a retained search environment preferably within Private Equity although this is not essential. This candidate will be someone who can deal with lots of data/information flow, work in a fast pace environment and build on an interest in PE. Strong academics will also be necessary.
