My client is an executive search boutique who are very reputable within - financial services (fund management, research and private equity) and Industrials (key areas; property, infrastructure, energy and utilities) and given their continued success theyare looking to grow other areas of the business where they currently operate. The business is performing very well despite the pandemic: last year the group annual revenue was over £5m. This business are a collection of very experienced search professionals, they are a down to earth, credible and have a strong reputation.
They are looking for an interim fee earner who has the capability of winning their own work
placing HR Directors, CFO's, FD's, Non-execs on a day rate basis. This could be a great opportunity as there is a strong cross selling culture internally but also with the sister business.
My client are part of a wider a professional services group and have a sister business who operate separately. They share the same beliefs and values whichallows them to provide their clients with a much broader solutions.
