My client are a top tier executive search firm who are looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join theirHealthcare practice. As an Analyst you will learn to run and fully execute the delivery of searches. Senior Analysts have responsibilities which include market mapping, identifying and validating relevant candidates. They will be able to communicate effectively with the Partners as well as represent clients and the brand excellently. The hire must have the gravitas to push back when necessary and support their arguments. They will be able to use their experience and interpersonal skills to be able to enhance the efficiency of a search's' execution. This hire will work very closely with consultant allowing them to build a brand, thesuccessful hire will attend client meetings and will sit in on client calls.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months'experience within a retained search environment preferably within Healthcare executive search although this is not essential. This candidate will be someone who can deal with lots of data/information flow, work in a fast pace environment and build on an interest in Healthcare. Strong academics will also be necessary.
