Panoramic Care are currently looking for a Team Leader to support a brand new children's home in the Oxfordshire area. This is an excellent opportunity to join an Outstanding Care provider and to help shape a new service in its early stages.
As a Team Leader you will be working alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in managerial duties, rota planning and day planning to provide an outstanding level of support for vulnerable young people.

Experience needed:
You will need at least 1 year of experience in a residential childcare setting
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
Full UK Driving license
A caring, compassionate and resilient approach
Afull DBS (the cost of this will be covered)
You will need to be flexible with working patterns and be willing to work sleep-ins as well as unsociable hours.
