I’m Anderson, a level 3 certified personal health and fitness trainer, with 9 years’ experience within the fitness industry.
I’m extremely passionate about what I do and approach it with a unique philosophy blending mindfulness, technical attention to detail and creativity, all of which will lead you to achieving your goal and importantly whilst enjoying yourself at the same time as your fitness and lifestyle journey should be one which is enjoyed. I offer sessions specifically tailored towards to areas of personal fitness and health including muscle building, fat loss, strength, body transformation and general healthy living.
We all have images in mind of what we want to achieve whether its physical appearance, an abundance of good health or specific fitness challenges, I simply provide you with the platform and all the tools needed for you to achieve this image and make it reality.
