About the class: Pole fitness is an activity combining gymnastics, dance, and self expression. This 75 minutes class includes a 15 minute warm-up, conditioning, and 45 minutes learning tricks and pole-combos. Your class will be modified to exactly fit your skill level and your own personal goals. These can be certain tricks, strength, or flexibility goals. It is perfect for someone looking to find new inspiration to get fit or for seasoned polers looking for advice on how to progress their skill level.
About Me: I have been practicing pole for 8 years as a circus artist, with 4 years of coaching experience. My initial training began at a circus school in Oakland, California in 2012. From there I joined a professional tour and have now settled in London to complete university.
