Teresa Richard, RYT 500h Hatha Yoga and E-RYT 200h Yin Yoga with Yoga Alliance is a skilled Yoga Teacher from Spain, Ashtanga practitioner, seasoned traveller and holistic practitioner who believes the way to well-being lives inside each one of us, in the unique expression of our self
She sees Yoga as an individual experience, an empowering tool and a way of life. Her love for Yin Yoga was first sight and its practice was one of the major supports in the recovery from breast cancer surgery in 2014. Trained by Jo Phee and Joe Barnett she assisted Jo in Auckland in her Spine, Fascia and MFR TTC module in November 2017 and again in Berlin in July 2018.
