We are currently recruiting a Accountant Qualified or Part Qualified for our client in Co Cavan. This is a excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic business. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CFO.
We are seeking a ambitious and driven candidate for this position.
Duties will include:
* Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts to deadline
* Assist with preparation of annual Budgets and monitor spend
* Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Debtors/Creditors ledger
* Assist with regulatory, statutory and internal audits
* Analyse and update standard costs, review monthly stock take
* Preparation of annual audit file and work closely with auditors
* Ensure all Revenue returns are completed correctly and filed on time.
* Prepare monthly Board Finance Report
* Payroll cover if necessary
Skills and Experience:
* ACCA/ACA Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant
* Experience with Sage knowledge an advantage but not essential* Strong experience with Excel and IT Skills
* Excellent numerical skills
* Experience managing and coordinating staff tomeet deadlines
* Ability to work on won initiative and towards tight deadlines
