On behalf of a leading Agri Organisation, FRS Recruitment is happy to invite you to apply for the role of Accounts Assistant - which will be based in Co. Longford. This is a fixed term 12 month contract.
The ideal candidate will have previous industry experience, with a strong Accounts Payable background and be either part or fully qualified ACCA.Location: Longford (May also suit candidates in Co. Cavan and Westmeath)
Reporting to: Finance Controller
Salary: DOEResponsibilities
* Processing purchase invoices onto accounts system
* Reconciling creditor accounts on a monthly basis* Follow up with various managers re accounts queries
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Bank reconciliations
* Preparing payment runs for creditors in line with agreed terms
* Scanning, filing, and other ad hoc office duties as required

* Well organised and proactive individual
* A strong team player with the ability to work on their own initiative
*Excellent timekeeping and attendance
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Flexible and willing to work to deadlines* Proficient with SAGE or something similar
