Business Support Executive | Salary DOE | Gibraltar
SRG Europe are working closely with a Gibraltar based Wealth Management company who are looking to appoint a new Business Support Executive to work within their growing client services team.
As this is such a well-known, established local company, they are lookingfor an exceptional candidate who is driven, self-motivated and adaptable.
Business Support Executive Responsibilities:* New business processing including taking responsibility for the full client on-boarding process
* Assisting with the security trading including preparation and issue of trade instructions and four eyes verification of instructions
* Point ofcontact for all non-advisory client queries
* Settling of invoices and making payments
* Updating client portals with quarterly valuations
* Completion of annual client reports
* Ad hoc duties to support Head of Client Services and the Directors
* Support across multiple areas of the business
Business Support Executive Requirements:
* Organised
* Self-motivated
* Team player, someone who is able to support colleagues
* Comfortable dealing with people at all levels
* Adaptable to change and works well under pressure
* Enthusiastic and driven
* Experience in an investment, bank or IFA environment is desirable however they will consider individuals without this experience if they have the right drive and skill set.To Apply
