CASE MANAGER/UNDERWRITER
BOLTON
UP TO £23,000 + BONUS + TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a leading Broker based inBolton who are looking to expand their team with an experienced Case Manager/Underwriter.
This is a fantastic opportunity tojoin an expanding and successful team who are consistently exceeding targets. With a client focused approach, you will be usinganalytical skills and an understanding of Financial products and services to progress cases to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:* Processing mortgage applications from an initial enquiry through to completion
* Matching client details against lenderrequirements
* Carrying out full vetting procedures
* Liaising with Lenders and clients to manage and progress cases
* Take a full ownership of your caseload to deliver excellent service to clients
* Work as part of the Mortgage team to ensure applications complete promptly and smoothly
* Adhere to regulations and work to targets
THE PERSON:
* Experience working within a Financial Services environment, matching client details to lender requirements
* Excellent communication skills and awritten and verbal basis
* An analytical and methodical approach
* Confident to work to financial regulations
