SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Client Services Executive fora privately owned company with its head office based in Gibraltar.
Client Services Executive Responsibilities:
* New agency applications processing
* Introducer agreements processing
* Payments
* New business processing including production of weekly pipeline in progress report
* Organize Board Meetings including preparation and distribution of financial reporting to the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis
* Review and Update SOP Manual
* Send adverts and editorialsto the FSC on a quarterly basis
* Telephone Response & Initial point of contact for all client related queries which arenot of an advisory nature
* Ensure clients receive a six-monthly email letter reminding of the need to check client portalson a regular basis
* Maintaining accurate records in Virtual Cabinet and other spreadsheets including changes of address* Post quarterly valuation statements to client portals
* HR Support to Directors where necessary
* Assist with security trading
* Ad hoc duties
Client Services Executive Requirements:
* Preferably from an investment, bank or IFA background must fully understand the securities purchase and settlement process
* Must understand the nature of funds and associated fees and commissions.
* Strong MS Office skills
* Self-driven individual who is able to work unsupervised, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on delivering high quality and accurate performance
* Mature individual who is comfortable dealing with people at all levels within the organisation including senior management
