SRGEurope are working closely with a Gibraltar based Wealth Management company who are looking to appoint a new Executive to work within their growing Trading and Investment team.
As this is such a sort after local company, theyare looking for someone who has strong experience and understanding within financial services.
Trading & InvestmentExecutive Responsibilities:
* Lead and take responsibility for security trading
* Conduct fund research to producetrading recommendations
* Play a key part in investment strategy meetings including the preparation of material
* Provide admin support when required
* Carry out analysis of investment portfolios
* Settling payments
* Producing ad hoc and quarterly client valuations
* Calculation of value at risk for client portfolios
* Maintain record of executed tradesand ensure recovery of initial commission with deadlines
* Handling corporate actions
* Ensuring client income is paidcorrectly and on time
* Ad hoc tasks to support the Head of Client Services and Directors
Trading & investment Executive Requirements:
* Experience and understanding in financial services specifically to pensions, insurance and investments
* Self-motivated
* Problem-solving
* Critical and analytical thinking
* Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility
* Ideally experienced using Bloomberg
* Knowledge of funds and the trading process
