THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a well-established Industrial Cleaning Business with offices across the UK. They're looking to hire a a Finance & Payroll Officer to join a busy Accounts team and support the FinanceManager, with day-to-day transactional accounts, month end, year end and monthly payroll. The Finance & Payroll Officer will be responsible for;
FINANCE & PAYROLL OFFICER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Client invoicing, new customer set-up, clientchanges, finance CRM management
* Processing of monthly payroll
* Weekly reporting of logged hours
* Completion of Monthly Wage Journal
* Month End & Year End Reporting Duties Purchase ledger:
* Entry of purchase invoices onto Xero
* Processing Staff expenses
* Processing supplier payments
* Journal entries
* Bank reconciliations
* Credit control management* Processing & Collection of Direct Debits
* Quarterly VAT returns
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* AAT qualified or ACA OR ACCA part qualified
* Competent with MS Excel
* Xero, Sage or QuickBooks Accountancy Software (advantageous)
* 2-3 years + Experience in a similar Finance & Payroll Officer role
THE FINANCE & PAYROLL OFFICER SALARY IS A COMPETITIVE SALARY OFUP TO £25,000 BASE + STUDY SUPPORT + BENEFITS
