Description:
Our client is seeking to hire a skilled Qualified Accountant - 1/2 years PQE to take responsibility to manage the integrity of the balance sheet for a 12-month position based in North Dublin
This role is focused on managing and reconciling margins and balance sheet and related financial and operational controls
OUTLINE OF ROLE
Preparation of monthly margin analysis and communication of same to management teamManagement of the balance sheet to include all reconciliations necessary for period and quarterly close process
Support the external audit process
Work with internal audit to resolve internal control findings
Support in ensuring appropriate financial reporting support regarding AP, cash management and GL support
Review integrity of the weekly debtor`s provision
Agreement of intercompany balances with various divisions
Ownership of weekly BCP to Oracle interfacing
Successful completion of external audit
Continuous review & consideration of the SOPs
Promoting compliance to the SOPs
Submission of monthly bank report to Group
Quarterly cash forecasting by week
Periodic working capital reports including Working Capital KPI`s
Ownership Product file VAT compliance process
BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
ACA qualification
1/2 years post-qualification experience
Top 4 training - desired
Financial reporting & analysis and week/periodic reporting experience
Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a varied workload
High level of attention to detail with a system focus
Strong problem-solving skills with afinancial reporting/compliance mindset
Advanced proficiency in Excel (key), Word and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Oracle R12 or similar systems will be of distinct advantage
