FULLY HOME BASED

My client is a well-recognised Accountancy who due to continued expansion and success are looking for an experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable, rewarding and fun employer who truly value work-life balance. If youare from a Governance, Risk and Compliance background within Professional Services with a strong knowledge of AML Compliance tohave autonomy and input in all areas of compliance and put your stamp on a role!
THE ROLE:
* Developing, managing and executing the AML policies, processes and relevant reporting
* Liaising with management and the wider team regarding complaintsand insurers
* Managing and overseeing the risk management and reporting framework across the business
* Working with colleagues to oversee and collate the information for compliance and insurance obligations
* Developing and rolling out monthly governance, risk and compliance reporting
* Manage and monitor the GRC policies across Anti Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery, DataProtection and Risk Management
* Conducting annual compliance reviews and handling any discrepancies
* Working with the wider management team to ensure company wide compliance
* Support the Head of Risk and Compliance in creating and executing the GRC strategy and objectives and converting these into deliverables
THE PERSON:
* Experience in a similar Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager / Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance / Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer role is essential
* Excellent knowledge in AML compliance
* Experience working within a Professional Services business such as Accountants /Banking / Legal / Law Firm
* In-depth experience in conducting and managing audits on a large scale
* Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
* Methodical, diligent and organised with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
