Get Recruited are supporting a leading Financial company based inHigh Wycombe who, due to significant growth, have a fantastic Graduate Opportunity for a motivated individual to join their expanding team.
This Graduate Opportunity will include taking on responsibility for contacting existing clients who have a high net worth, understanding their requirements and opening up a communication channel between the business and it's clients.
Thisis the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or a school leaver looking for an entry level role where you will receive fulltraining, excellent career progression and high earning potential!
**No previous experience necessary as full training is provided**
THE ROLE:
* The Graduate Opportunity will involve you acting as the first point of contact for new enquiries generated by some of the company's key channels including affiliate recommendations
* Working through the existing company database in order to identify new business opportunities
* Contacting leads that have come from recommendations and other sources* Holding in-depth conversations with high net worth clients in order to gain a strong understanding of their needs, ensuring the highest possible chance of future engagement
* Liaising with fellow client onboarding members, dealers and affiliates to highlight areas of current and future opportunity
* Ensure that you represent the values of the company as you will be the firstpoint of contact within the business
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
THE PERSON:
* Previous customerservice experience is highly desirable
* An articulate individual who is confident to pick up the phone and speak with existing customers
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Enthusiastic with a positive, 'can do' attitude
* English and Maths GCSE's are a requirement
