BOLTON

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, (a Sunday Times top 100 company to work for) that delivers a complete range of financial services for local and central government and commercial clients.
Within this role you will be a part of anexpanding team supporting the company's internal users. You will have experience providing end user support, day to day IT operations, dealing with escalations and project work.
There is wide scope for hands on exposure to most aspects of IT, working hands-on with a wide range of IT Systems. The role has the prospect for extensive personal development with the opportunity to become an expert in core technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* End user and client related technical support
* Day to day IT operations (including networking and security)
* Dealing with 2nd and 3rd line support issues
* Information security compliance
* Change implementation
* Involved with IT planned and on-going projects
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* 4+ years' experience working within an IT Support role
* Office 365
* Windows Server up to 2019
* Active Directory
* Linux server administration and Linux desktop experience
* VMware
* Firewall experience (Dell and Sonicwall)
* AWS or cloud-hosted infrastructure (highly desirable)
