THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a reputable and rapidly expanding firm who are looking for an experienced Commercial Mortgage / Bridging Administrator to join their successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful firm offering excellent progression routes and thechance to be part of a team who are consistently achieving targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collating paperwork and ensuringall relevant administration is processed compliantly and accurately
* Handling the compliance checking of all applications* Liaising with colleagues and clients internally including lenders, underwriters and estate agents to progress cases to completion
* Managing a large caseload and working towards timescales promptly
* Process and administer new cases
* Maintain accurate and up to date client records
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a similar Mortgage/Loans/Bridged Loans basedrole is essential
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* Confident to manage colleagues and clients internally and externally
* Ideally CeMAP qualified
