£25,000 to £30,000 + £36,000 OTE +Healthcare + Pension + Parking + Progression
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a well-established and rapidlyexpanding Mortgage/Financial Advisers based in beautifully refurbished offices. Due to growth plans and expansion, the businessare now looking for confident and experienced Mortgage/Equity Release Advisers to join their successful team.
Primarily theMortgage/Equity Release Advisers will be responsible for building rapport with clients and obtaining the relevant information, sourcing the best Mortgage products for clients', presenting this professionally and liaising with the rest of the team to ensuresmooth completions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide mortgage advice from warm leads primarily for inbound calls and emails
* Provide whole of market advice and keep up to date with industry updates
* Deal with high levels of new business enquiries
* Build rapport with all clients, gaining a full understanding of their requirements and offering them the best possible products and solutions
* Use relationships with clients to secure repeat business
* Liaise with colleagues to ensure clients'mortgages complete smoothly
* Maintain accurate and compliant administration systems
THE PERSON:
* Proven track record within a Mortgage advisory role
* Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with clients over the phone* Must be CeMAP qualified
