RESPONSIBILITIES:* Converting leads from the enquiries provided
* Reviewing the mortgage and protections needs of new and existing customers* Offering a consultative service on a range of mortgage products from first time buyers, remortgages, buy to let mortgages, insurance, pensions etc
* Build a strong rapport with customers to maximise opportunities
* Ensuring all advise is accurate andin accordance with financial regulations
THE PERSON:
* Experience in a similar Mortgage & Protections Adviser / Broker role within an similar Financial Brokerage is essential
* Confident to advise on whole of market products
* Proven experience in hitting strong financials
* CeMap qualified
