Description:
Our client in Galway is seeking a skilled Payroll Professional to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. You will have worked in a high volume weekly payroll position.
Process weekly payroll for 500 employees.
Experience in Payroll year end procedures P35 etc.
Analysis of timesheet entry into the payroll software.
Calculation of holiday entitlements, bike to work scheme, pension contributions, and BIK.
Updating P45's and P30's on ROS.
Compliance with all relevant legislation and agreements.
Updating company procedures and policies.
Upkeep and management of employee records.
Management and analysis of training requirements.
Drafting and upkeep of employee contracts.
Audit the legal compliance of the company.
Monitoring Absenteeism, sick leave etc.
Management of employee goals and objectives.
Probation panel reviews.
Performance appraisals.
Qualifications;
IPASS desired
3 year's experience in a similar role.
Multi payroll system experience would be an advantage including Sage Micropay
Technical knowledge of all statutory payroll and HR legislation in UK andIreland.
