Our client, a specialist consultancy firm, is seeking a Product Owner for a contract position with one of their banking clients to work on an exciting payments project. You will be responsible for galvanizing the team around their API's value, defining stories and developing and maintaining the backlog of features.
You will have a solid understanding of software development processes and exposure to API's.
Responsibilities:
* Provide product subject matter expertise.
* Understandand contribute to the solution vision and roadmap planning.
* Own, assign, and clarify technical requirements.
* Work withstakeholders and development team.
* Create and maintain feature backlog for solution.
* Document technical story details.* Define, describe and validate requirements through User Stories.
* Socialize new features and enhancements with stakeholders.
* Analyse business processes
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of entire SDLC.
* Exposure to API's.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Solid planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent attention to detail.
