Get Recruited aresupporting a fast growing company based in Manchester who are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their sales team.You will be following up on leads to gain an understanding of business needs and closing sales. You will also be managing the relationship and renewals for your clients.

THE ROLE:
* Following up on leads and inbound enquiries
* Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Establishing the needs of a client and selling them the most relevant product/service for them
* Managing your sales pipeline and activity to maximise opportunities
* Maintaining regular contact with clients to secure repeat business
* Recording all activity on the CRM system
* Carry out basic administration skills
* Working in line with set targets and KPI's
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a Sales Executive / Sales Advisor / Telesales Executive / Lead Generator role within Financial Services / Banking / Insurance / a Regulated environment is essential
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong administration skills
* Previous experience of working in a target driven role
