Get Recruited are supporting a rapidly expanding, international firm who are seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing sales team.
Based in Crawley, the Sales Executive will be responsible for developing business relationships with clients through a mixture of new business and account management. Full training will be provided for the right candidate who possesses the drive and ambition to succeed!
This is the perfect opportunity for someone from a Business Development, Sales Executive, Account Management, Telesales or Sales background who is seeking a fast paced environment alongside realistic opportunities for progression.
THE ROLE:
* The Sales Executive will be sourcing new opportunities through lead generation
* Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients
* Speaking in depth about the portfolio of services that the client can offer
* Handling and overcoming objections before closing the sale
* Re-engage with lost opportunities throughfact find
* Maintain and expand your database of prospects, ensuring that you have a strong sales pipeline
* Working towards weekly and monthly targets
* Completing administrative work as required
THE PERSON:
* Previous Business Development /Telesales / Sales experience is highly desirable, but not essential
* Past experience of working within technical sales is desirable
* Professional approach with excellent communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and work towards targets
