THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are working exclusively with an established manufacturing business based in the Evesham area. They have been established for over 60 years and are part of a wider group, with a ﾃつ｣140M turnover.
They're looking to hire a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a busy accounts team of 12. The role will work alongside the Management Accountant and Financial Controller and as the Sale Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* raising of invoices/credits 50 - 400 perweek
* Calculating Vat
* Credit control / Sales Ledger- (chasing outstanding debt)
* Journal entries
* Inter-company account reconciliations
* Nominal ledger reconciliations.
* Agree, reconcile and close Sales Ledger each month
* Bank Reconciliations
* Refunds and submitting payment requests
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
* 1 - 2 years in a Sales Ledger / Credit Control role
* Intermediate Excel skills - V-Look Ups / Pivot Tables
