Get Recruited are supporting an award winning company based in central Liverpool, who are seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant to join theirexpanding team.
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the day to day finances of the company, from purchaseledger and invoicing through to reconciliations.
This role would suit an individual from an accounts assistant / finance assistant / assistant accountant background.

THE ROLE:
* Processing payments via BACS
* Processing international payments and transfers
* Manage the purchase ledger
* Setting up new client accounts
* Posting of supplier invoices
* Bank reconciliations via Xero
* Assisting with sales invoicing posting
* Assistingwith cash flow forecasting
* Liaising with Directors regarding budgets and the P&L
* Reconciling supplier statements, requesting missing invoices
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Assist with reporting requirements of the business as required* Complete any other duties as required
THE PERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience as an accounts assistant / accounts administrator / finance assistant is essential
* Experience working with Xero
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
* Ability to work independently
* Strong IT skills
