Are you a strong Senior Cost Finance Analyst seeking a position that will both challenge you and also offer rewards. This is a permanent role for a Senior Cost Finance Analyst that has 2 years experience in the field based in Galway.
You will analyze data and proactively take responsibility to implement changes that will result in a clearer run function. The company is looking for an analytically minded candidate who has an affinity for financial control and interpreting large financial data sets with strong attention and passion for detail. The role will also use Excel to help translate raw data and automate various processes. Supported by internal learning opportunities, this role has plenty of scope for growth and progression as the business grows.
You will be a Qualified Accountant who is interested in working within Big Data and have the ability to perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Budgeting/forecasting.
Partner with cross-functional teams to manage headcount, commissions, and discretionary spend.
Analyze significant variances from planned results to drive recommendations to Business Partners/ functional leads
Incentive Plan financial management.
Create continuous improvement opportunities utilizing financial tools for reporting/forecasting and automate manual processes
