Work Walesare currently recruiting for an Accounts Handler to be based in the Swansea area.
This is a permanent position.

Roles & Responsibilities
·To take an active role in both team and self-development. To actively participate in driving forward best practice, our company values and act as a role model to other employees.
·To retainexisting policies utilising product knowledge by searching our panel of insurers for the most competitive premiums that are based on the client's needs.
·Build new and existing relationships with our panel of insurers.
·To have a detailed understanding of all applicable business process and procedures relevant to the role.
·To use the required systems to arrange and process insurance contracts once the insurance executive have informed you.
·Excellent understanding of commercial insurance products and responsible for self-developing your own knowledge on markets, products and regulation.
·Good negotiating skills tosecure improved and discounted premiums along with additional covers for clients in line with client needs.
·All business written and quoted must be no other way than a compliant manner in line with our regulations and company procedures.
