My client based in Kilmallock, Co.Limerick is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. This is a contract role which will run until the end of Jan 2022
* Assist with reports
* Inbound and outbound queries
* Typing letters and other documents
* Act as a point of contact for incoming queries
* Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
* Reception Cover
Requirements of the administrator:
* Excellent attention to detailand time management skills
* Strong IT and computer literacy skills
* Strong communication, both written and verbal
* Ability to work well as part of a team and work on own initiative
* Be able to prioritise as time-management is essential
* Highlevels of confidentiality
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment
