Description:
I'm currently recruiting for a strong Administrator with Accounts experience for our client based in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
This is a temporary position initially on a 6-month contract
Monday to Thursday 9 - 5.30, Friday 9 - 4 pm. Immediate start.
In this role you will work alongside the Office Manager to provide administrative and accounts support. This is an office-based role.
Administration side of role:
*General administrative duties associated with the role
* Assist with the role out and updating of the company Service Management Software.
* Take control of service-related documents and contracts via the service management software.
* Updating andmaintaining training spreadsheets.
* Assist with Health and safety policy and procedures.
Accounts side of role:
*General bookkeeping duties
* Sales Invoicing
* Assist with maintaining accounts receivable and account payable ledgers
*Assist with reconciliation of bank accounts
* Knowledge and experience of Sage Accounts package is preferred.
* Customs & excise knowledge - would be advantageous
Person Specification:
* Previous experience is essential
* Knowledge of SAGE* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Ability to take instruction.
* Attention to detail essential.
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately.
