THE OPPORTUNITY
Iam pleased to be recruiting on behalf of my well-established client and helping them to expand their team. Due to company growth they are looking for experienced administrators to join them in Moreton.
You will start in the back office undergoing administration duties whilst learning about the company and moving on to progression opportunities.
DUTIES
* Dealing with incoming calls
* Typing correspondence
* Sending out letters
* Processing daily bank statements
* Dealing with refunds* Paying third party contractors
* Responding to emails
* Bank reconciliations
* Assisting with ad hoc duties as required within the team
* Scanning and filing documents
SKILLS YOU NEED
* Excellent PC and related technology skills* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
*Good communication skills
* Basic accounts/bookkeeping background an advantage but not necessary
* Willing to learn and undergoing ongoing training
