Training Administrator

Exciting opportunity for a full time administrator in a busy hire office.               

GGR Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our busy team based in Long Crendon. We are looking for an administrator who will assist with and advice on new hire enquires.

Key Responsibilities:

Day to Day tasks

 

  • Taking telephone training enquiries
  • Providing customers / candidates with relevant training information and quotes by either phone or via email
  • Processing purchase orders and candidates details
  • Raising pro forma invoices / chasing and taking payment
  • Allocating both training and trainer on to the training calendar
  • Booking courses with accreditation boards such as CPCS, RTITB, LEEA, NOCN and CITB including allocated examination times.
  • Ensure candidates certificates information is correct and compliant, document and record on our internal system.
  • Record certification and courses on internal system

 

Experience Knowledge and Skills:

Essential

 

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to work as an individual and a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must
  • Confident making outbound calls
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly telephone manner
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Attention to detail
  • Training on internal systems will be given

 

Salary: £22,000 - 25,000 /year

Hours: 08:00 - 17:30 hrs

Holiday: 22 days /year
