Get Recruited is working with a reputable and expanding firm who are looking for an experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join them.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful firm who are offering the opportunity to progress into a Marketing role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collating paperwork and ensuring all relevant administrationis processed compliantly and accurately
* Liaising with colleagues and clients
* Booking travel for colleagues such as flights and hotels
* Meet and greet visitors to the office
* Handle incoming calls, forwarding these to the appropriate colleague or team
* Handle emails and enquiries
* Assist with the marketing activities for the company including social media, blogsand events
* Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns
THE PERSON:
* Previous administration experienceis essential
* Confident to work alone and manage a busy workload with minimal supervision
* A good knowledge of Social Media platforms
* Computer literate
* Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent telephone manner
