Get Recruited are currently supporting an award winning, multi-national company who operate within the hospitality sector, distributing a range of well known brands. They are currently entering into an exciting period of growth, and are looking for an ambitious, dedicated Administrator who is seeking career progession to join their team.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of sales order processing, whilst providing administrative support to the field sales team.

THE ROLE:
* As the Administrator, you will be required to answer incoming calls, actioning as appropriate
* Input all data relating to orders, quotations and credit notes
* Ensure that pricing is always correct
* Supply information to customers about the products
* Pass on information from the field sales team to ensure accurate pricing
* Accurately set up customers and orders on the system, completing call logs and reports
* Handle any customer issues or queries promptly, ensuring that an appropriate follow up is requiredwhere required
* Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams
* Complete other duties as required
THE PERSON:
* At least 2 years' experience within administrative, sales administrator, order processor or customer service role is essential
* Excellent communication skills are key
* High attention to detail witha methodical approach to work
* Able to work at a fast pace whilst working well within a team
* Ability to adapt and followthe instructions of management
