We havea vacancy for a Administrator with our client in Co Westmeath. This is a great company and a full time position.
Duties Include:
* Purchase and Sales Order Processing
* Stock Management
* Dealing with Queries
* Supporting the Technical Manager
*IT Support
Skills and Experience:
* The suitable candidate for this position will be highly computer literate with excellent attention to detail.
* The position requires a high degree of flexibility and willingness to help wherever required.
*Good communication skills are required as is a "Can do Attitude".
* This person will deal with IT support both in person and over the phone, so must have very good English.
* Must be good at administration and time management.
* This is a very busy department and the successful candidate will be monitored on KPI performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Admin or CustomerSupport and/or experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills
* Full driving licence.
* Administration/IT Qualification will be an advantage.
