Description:
I'm currently recruiting for a Admissions Officer / Clerical Officer for our client based in Portlaois, Co. Laois.
THE ROLE:
* Provision of a comprehensive administration service for Registry-based activities e.g. Admissions, Registration,
* Liaising with other staff members/ consultant
* Dealing with members of the public at all times
* Data entry and file management
* Shift pattern - 3 days on and 4 days off / 4 days on and 3 days off rote.
* Rooster is given 8 weeks in advance.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous administration in a busy environemnt
* Data entry skills and attention to details
* Capable of dealing with the members of the public
* Available to work Monday to Sunday
* Shift pattern hours canvary from the following (10am - 9pm / 8pm - 8am / 10am - 4pm)
* Hours a week vary between 30 hours per week to 48 hours per week.
* IT skills are required.
This is a full time maternity contract with a immediate start
