Business Support Manager with extensive Salesforce experience - 12 month contract

Are you a strong experienced Business Support Manager with years of experience in Salesforce open to a 12 month contract? Then we have an excellent opportunity for you.

You will lead the business support efforts globally and be involved in multidisciplinary projects to drive better system and process implementation.

This individual will have the opportunityto manage their own workload and be empowered to own this role. This role will be reporting to the General Manager, Europe alsobased in Limerick and will lead a team of 2 direct reports, based in Limerick and in the U.S. and working with the Business Support team based in Asia.

* Act as atrusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers in relation to administration of SalesForce (including requirements capture and UAT)
* Senior Administrator (5 years +) with strong attention to detail
* Advanced Microsoft Excel user
* Demonstrable experience working on projects/cross functional teams

* Microsoft Power BI experience an advantage
* People & Project management an advantage
* Licensing Experience an advantage





Roles and Responsibilities:



* Mailbox Management ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner
* Business Operations support - internal and external customer queries
* Track and take ownership of all outstanding queries to ensure follow through to closure
* Team huddles with regionalBusiness Support team worldwide (US & Asia)
* Administration of the Product Certification and Customer Deliverable Process* Administration of the Engineering change order requests process
* Contract analysis and data entry in a SOX controlled environment working closely with Legal and Finance teams
* Promoting an environment of continuous SalesForce improvements
* SalesForce Training (knowledge transfer to internal users)
* Data Integrity Projects/Management
* Support for General Managerof Europe (generating statistics, reports and material preparation)
* Administration of the Sales compensation program workingclosely with Finance and HR teams
* Other projects as required
