In partnership with the HSE I'm currently recruiting for a number of Clerical Officers to join the Covid-19 Vaccination Programme in Longford
THE ROLE:
* Provideclerical support to the nurses and vaccinators
* Managing, planning an organising appointments
* Responsible for opening /closing of the clinic
* Responsible for smooth running of appointments / clinic
* Responsible for processing of patient information and data entry
* Managing patient forms / charts
* Dealing with members of the public and HSE staff
* Guaranteed37 hours over 7 days
* 12.74 euro per hour
* Full time temporary position
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
* Must have excellent IT and excel skills
* Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
* Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
* Immediately available* Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
