I'm currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer Grade 3 to join a busy team in Mountmellick, Co. Laois
THE ROLE:
* Answer queries and provide a reception/ telephone service
* Provide office support to the stakeholders
* Manage Data - including: maintaining, correcting, collating, validating and processing data
* Maintain accurate up to date records,both computerised and paper copy filing systems and records
* Assist in and / or prepare reports as necessary
* First pointof contact and provide callers with information and advise with regards to their queries
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Proficient at Microsoft Suit especially excel
* Good phone manner and communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Data entry and multi-tasking skills
* File and database management skills
* Immediately available
