Currently recruiting for a part time Grade 3 Clerical Officer for our client based in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.REQUIREMENTS:
* Good and experienced administrator
* Experience in a confidential environment
* Experience in working ina very fast paced environment
* Must work on their own initiative
* Prioritising, organising and management skills
* Haveown transport
* Medical or nursing administration would be an advantage.
* Good phone manner and communication skills
* Data entry
* Competent in Microsoft Packages, specifically Word & Excel.
* Candidate must be able to work within a teamsetting and also on their own initiative.
* Ability to deal with referrals/files and waiting lists for for customer
* Filing and archiving is a major part of the role
The post would be for 17.5 hours and involve database entry along with other clerical duties
