Description:
I'm currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer Grade 3 to join a busy team in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
THE ROLE:
* Answer queries and provide a reception/ telephone service
* Provide office support to the stakeholders
* Manage Data - including: maintaining, correcting, collating, validating and processing data
* Maintain accurate up to date records, both computerised and paper copy filing systems and records
* Assist in and / or prepare reports as necessary
* First point ofcontact and provide callers with information and advise with regards to their queries
* I deal with grieving family members and explain what process and documentation that is needed to close off the deceased client's file.
* Invoicing and financial data entry of the applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Proficient at MicrosoftSuit especially excel
* Good phone manner and communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Flare for numbers
* Previous invoicing and finance experience is desired
* Data entry and multi-tasking skills
* File and database management skills* Immediately available
