COLLECTIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Due to continued success, my client are now going through an exciting period of growth and the opportunity has arisen for an experienced Collections and Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established, market leading business.

THE ROLE:
* Handle any inbound enquiries from customers
* Offering all customers an excellent experience and service at all times
* Communicate with customers via phone, email and via letter with the view to collecting payments
* Review credit limits on all accounts
* Negotiate repayment plans for overdue payments
* Updating customers on their accountswhere necessary
* Taking payments and processing the relevant administration work
* Carry out other tasks as required
THEPERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience within a customer service / credit control / collections / debt collections role isessential
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a varied customer base and colleagues at various levels
* Strong administrative skills
* Confident to manage a busy, varied and changeable workload
* Exceptional telephone manner
