THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited are supporting a rapidly growing, industry leading manufacturer and retailer who due to continued success in 2021 are lookingfor an experienced Customer Experience Manager / Customer Service Manager / Senior Customer Service Executive / Senior CustomerService Administrator / Customer Service Team Leader / Customer Service Supervisor to join their passionate and growing team. As a Customer Experience Manager you will work with the in-store and office based customer service teams to improve the customerjourney and experience in every area of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Customer ExperienceManager / Customer Service Manager / Senior Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Administrator / Customer Service Team Leader / Customer Service Supervisor background who is looking to work for a growing and rewarding business who can offerexcellent progression and benefits.

THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER ROLE:

* Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Resolving customer issues quickly both in-store and online
* Working with retail and office-based colleagues to improve procedures across the business
* Gaining customer feedback and working to understand and respond to this
* Supporting the team to handle complaints and queries
* Proactively identify area that could improve sales

THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER:

* Experience within an Customer Experience Manager / Customer Service Manager / Senior Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Administrator / Customer Service Team Leader / Customer Service Supervisor role
* A passion for excellent customer experience and takes pride in offering a first class customer journey
* Experience in retail and phone/email based customer service
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
* Able to manage a busy workload withminimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
