Concept Resourcing are currently working with a market leading retailer, who are currently looking to recruit a Customer Journey Analyst into their Customer Insights Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the e-commerce industry to join a dynamic company who value their employees.Salary - £35k-40k + bonus + benefits
Location - currently part remote basis, office based near Hemel Hempstead
Shift Patterns - Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm with a 5pm finish on Fridays
The Package
* £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary per annum
* 5% bonus per annum (50% individual targets, 50% company performance)

* Driving performance through the production of actionable insight for multiple parties in the customer service team and wider
* Understand daily changes and build narratives for senior management to drive change
* Collating multiple datasources to create data-driven customer journey analytics
* Provide analytical support for new pilots and programmes incorporating new data into the holistic view
* Expose pain/friction points for customers and create recommendations to improve processes and technology
* Deploy funnel analytics to describe the volumes required of customer care
Experience Required* Experience dealing with analytics within a high-volume e-commerce environment, preferably contact centre
* Technical degreeor equivalent industry experience
* Web traffic analysis
* Strong communication
* Experience working within an Agile environment
