Customer Service/ Operations Manager
Remote - 3/4 days per month at the London offices
£35,000 - £40,000 + bonus, share options, childcare vouchers, 25 days holiday and much more!
A financial services app is looking for YOU,if you'd love the chance to work 20% in-house and the remaining 80% in your own home.. or a coffee shop.. or the moon (wifi-dependent).

You will come on board as their first dedicated customer operations lead, operating witha high level of autonomy. You are hands-on and passionate, whatever the problem or opportunity you find the right solution in the quickest amount of time.
You will be supporting and managing all Customer Operation channels and processes. You will playa pivotal role in identifying current trends in customer issues, offer solutions and investigate new opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has excellent communication and presentation skills* An Interest in and previous experience working in technology with a good understanding of how apps work
* You have workedin a customer centric role
