Description:
I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Admin to join our client in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage high volume of inbound and outbound activity including calls, tickets and tasks,with a customer-centric approach.
* Utilise all inhouse property and CRM systems and associated technology to improve upon existing processes and procedures and streamline call/ticket/task handling processes.
* Ability to work with largeamounts of data across modern CRM and ticketing platforms in a fast-paced environment.
* Work closely with our warehouse and sales teams, focusing on fast and effective issue/task resolution to the satisfaction of the customer
* Provide an exceptionalcustomer service approach to both internal and external customers.
Requirements:
* A highly motivated and enthusiasticindividual with experience in customer service roles.
* Logical ability to understand, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns while demonstrating a professional approach.
* Good IT and data entry skills
* Immediately available
