We have a excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator with our client in Co Offaly. This is a great company and this is a fulltime , permanent role with a start date ASAP in July.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage relationships with customers.
* Liaising with planning/ production department to get the best delivery date for customer.
* Processing sales orders.
* Responsiblefor invoicing.
* Preparing monthly reports.
* Organising transport.
* General Admin duties.
* General reception duties ( Telephone, post, couriers etc).
* Providing support to Sales Manager as required.
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
* Strong Administrationskills.
* Strong I.T. skills
* Experience of customer service/ Direct contact with customers.
* High level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Pleasant manner.
* Willingness to learn and grown within the organisation.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE* Previous customer service experience would be preferred
* Experience in an office or administration environment
* Willingness to learn and grow within the business
