My client based in SWANSEA who work within the medical sector are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join their small, friendly, close-knit team of 5.
Working aspart of the Customer Service department this vacancy is for a Sales Administrator/Sales Order Processor.
This is a varied role that would suit someone organised and methodical.
The role will involve a wealth of administration tasks such as the following:
·Imputing orders onto the system and processing the orders.
·
·Stock awareness - Advise Purchasing and Production departments when stock is low
·
·Answer incoming calls from customers with enquiries relating to
·stock queries/availability,tracking deliveries, special requests, price checks, new products, service enquiry etc.
·
·Create end of day reports, daily sales, invoices, news, photos, sales team information (guidance will be given)
·
·Filing and archiving
·
·Invoice and dispatch·
·Organise incoming emails to ensure appropriate action is taken
·
·Tracking export orders
·
·Picking samples, logging details
·
·Responding to emails, photocopying and scanning
The hours for this role are 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
You will also receive 20 days holidays PLUS bank holiday and will be rewarded with 1 extra day for every year of service. The role will bepaying circa £16,009.50 per annum.
