CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
STOKE ON TRENT
£18,000 to £20,000 + ANNUAL BONUS + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently supporting a highly successful business located in the Stoke on Trent area who has a clear both online & offline strategy which has resulted in huge year on yeargrowth.
As part of their expansion plans, they're now seeking two new recruits to join the Ecommerce department in an Customer Service Administrator position where you'll be manage orders achieved through various online channels (Such as Amazon, eBay & Others).
The business has a track record in developing and promoting individuals internally, therefore, this presents the perfect opportunity for a confident, outgoing and ambitious individual to join the business.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
* As an Customer Service Administrator, you'll be joining the department and working closely with the existing team that manages orders generated through online channels
* Coordinating customer accounts
* Managing and implementing online promotions and discounts
* Liaising with customers via phone, email and live chat
* Communicating with suppliers and internal departments
* Processing orders and handling queries
* Processing backorders weekly and updating accounts
* Working todeliver high levels of services and achieve internal goals
THE PERSON:
* My client will consider an individual from thefollowing backgrounds;
* Current experience within an Administration, Administrator or Customer Service position
* A recent graduate with a desire to get into a similar role
* Highly positive attitude and outgoing character
* Educated to GCSELevel (minimum) and have Grade C or above in Maths and English
* Self-motivated individual who is highly organised and able towork under pressure to meet deadlines
* Any experience of working within Ecommerce with eBay or Amazon would be a significantadvantage but not essential
